aft swap went for water polo. tk didn come and jj was on cruise. owel nvm i still enjoyed training today.(: lijie is a good coach!(Y) despite me being super weak he still keep encouraging me.(: we had ladder swimming training today. which means 1lap,followed by 2,3,4,5,6,then 5,4,3,2,1 back down. IT WAS MAD TIRING I SWEAR. but despite tat i did try my best so im proud of myself.(: aft tat coach came back,so we did some driving practices and passing,warm down and we're good to go.(:
