life is back to de same old rotting days at home. how i msised de times..

boring sundays starts from now. whole day,on de com,reading books,playing gameboy even.=/ yeap that's my life lol. that's why i spent a long time away from my blog last time,cos i really had nth to blog about. until..=) so well,rather than jus rotting and waiting to die,why not share some knowledge,who noes,maybe it could be helpful.;)

today's topic would be on: Food That Relieves Stress

well u noe wat they say,a hungry person will NEVER be a happy person! so a happy life,starts from de food u eat. aft some research and reading up,i found out some pretty cool facts on not jus food,but snacks. yeap u got tat right! snacks! so even if u hav a small appetite,you can still snack i bet?=) well a snack is all it takes to shake off de stress!

wel im sure lots of ppl noes this 1. Chocolates! for those who are wondering "What?!",yeap it's true.=) basically,chocolates are sweet,sweet stuff raises endorphin level and anandamide which boosts de level of ur mood.

popcorn,wafers,whole-grain biscuits etc. these snacks enchances de "happiness" in ur brain. starchy carbohydrate-rich food calms ur senses and even helps to relieve depression.

MOO!!! yeap! it's milk! clacium,magnesium and potassium contents in milk helps to keep blood pressure down. drinking malk also has a calming and relaxing effect on many ppl,especially warm milk. it might not be de same for everybody,but it's worth giving a try. no harm drinking milk anyway right?=)

cereal. wel personally i dun eat cereal either haha! but aft today i tink maybe i'll do so,and hav it with milk. so i can benefit 2-in-1.=/ cereals gives a person more energy and clearer thinking. it has also been proven that a bowl of cereal daily reduces de stress hormone in ur body,cortisol.

so well,that's it.=) all these are all proven facts and they're definately safe to follow,so why not try it?^^
